Villa Kairòs

Our Villa Kairòs, completely independent and recently renovated, is located in a quiet residential area with a wonderful open view that ranges from the lake to the surrounding mountains.
On the ground floor there is a living area with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a French bed), a single one and a bathroom.
While the outside will give you moments of fun and relax on board (or inside!) the private swimming pool (for your exclusive use) or sitting under the equipped porch.
Outside also barbecue, dining table with 8 chairs, 4 sun loungers.
The comfortable and soft garden is made of synthetic grass.
Cars can be parked on the descent inside the property or in the square in front of the entrance (ground floor). However, for convenience, we recommend leaving them outside the gate, in the dedicated private space (here up to three cars).
