Villa Iris (entire home) is the perfect choice for families with kids or group of friends. It can guests easily up to10 people.

POSITION: Villa Iris is located in the little lovely village of Portese (San Felice del Benaco). The beach, the lake and the restaurants are a walking distance (about 350 m from the house).

DESCRIPTION: It develops on two floors:
– on the ground floor you find kitchen, living-room, two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom and the garden with table, chairs and 3 sunbeds.
– on the first floor there are another living-room with furnished terrace from which you can have a meal enjoying the beautiful view of the lake, two cosy bedrooms, one bathroom and an half-bathroom and an extra kitchen.
You will be the unique guests in the house.

The main kitchen is that on the ground floor.
That on the first floor is only a secondary kitchen.
