Located on the first floor, with independent access, it enjoys a pleasant lake view from the living room French window.
Guests can enjoy the large shared terrace next to the apartment for dining or relaxing.

THE RESIDENCE AND THE POOL
Betulla is located within our quiet La Cornice sul Garda residence, consisting of just five apartments.
Guests can use the swimming pool, which is shared only with guests of the residence.
Two sun loungers per apartment are available by the pool.
The pool is not heated.

The apartment has a private entrance on the first floor.
Private uncovered parking is available in front of the residence.
